1. User Account
1.1. It is forbidden to transfer or sell accounts.
1.2. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. Keep it safe is your responsibility, we shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account because of incorrect password management.
1.3. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your payment processor account id which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
1.4. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended.
1.5. You can only view advertisements using one IP address within a 24 hours period. On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to login. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafes, etc.) is not allowed.
1.5.1 Multiple registrations and/or running multiple accounts shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Registering multiple accounts from the same IP address or from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Any use of Internet bots, also known as web robots or simply bots would be ground for immediate termination of your GrandAdVerts account. Bots are software applications that run automated tasks over the internet. Typically, bots perform tasks that are both simple and structurally repetitive, at a much higher rate than would be possible for a human editor alone. GrandAdVerts may file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple registrations or any other type fraud or abuse outlined within this membership agreement. This conduct will result in the forfeiture of any GrandAdVerts earnings you have generated. It is agreed between the member and GrandAdVerts that determining the specific dollar amount of damages sustained to the reputation of GrandAdVerts as a result of the fraudulent actions of either our advertisers or our members would be in some cases difficult to prove. GrandAdVerts takes seriously our obligation to protect our advertisers to be sure they are getting the true value of their investment dollars.  GrandAdVerts reserves the right in their discretion to suspend an account upon investigation and conclusion that a fraudulent or deceptive act is occurring or likely to occur.

1.5.2 GrandAdVerts does not allow the use of anonymizer or proxy servers to access our system. GrandAdVerts can at its own discretion block any member who knowingly accesses our system with an anonymizing, VPN or proxy server. We can and will suspend any account found to violate this policy. All funds in your GrandAdVerts account are immediately forfeited if your account is suspended for violating this policy.

1.5.3 In the event that you issue a chargeback on a transaction you completed while logged into your GrandAdVerts account, GrandAdVerts will suspend your account. A transaction is defined as a purchase that you knowingly made for an advertisement, upgrade or a GrandGrid advertisement. GrandAdVerts may at its discretion take you (the member who issued the chargeback) to small claims court to recover fees associated with the chargeback, including travel expenses incurred to file the necessary court paperwork. GrandAdVerts records all user activity while you (the member) are logged in. This includes the IP address that you accessed your account from, browser, and all clicks and pages accessed during your login. This information may be used to prove you did indeed authorize the transaction(s) in question. If you wish to have your account "unsuspended" you must agree to pay the initial transaction cost plus a $20 chargeback fee.
1.6. Your email addresses will not be shown or sold under any circumstances.
1.7. GrandAdVerts will not modify user account information based on user request. Upline and username change requests will be declined.
1.8. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended. Be sure you provide your real name (full name) and address as it is in your payment processor accounts, in terms of no match your request of withdrawal may get denied and your account may get suspended.
1.9. Members must log in at least once every 60 day(s) in order to stay active. Inactive account termination is irreversible and any account balance, memberships, points and referrals will be forfeited, but you will still be able to login after being inactive to activate your account again within 90 days, also keep in mind that advertising credits will remain since we do understand that most advertisers forget sometimes to login each 60 days.
1.10. After 60 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily inactive and permanently deleted after 90 days of inactivity. If an inactive user didn`t completed the email verification for 120 hours after registration will have his/her account deleted.

 

2. Referrals
2.1. You may refer as many people as you want.
2.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
2.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. Any kind of false advertising will not be tolerated. You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.4. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.
2.5. You can only rent referrals when they are available and within the limits of your current membership. Having more free rented referrals than the allowed amount will result in the deleting of all referrals above your limit. Letting a referral expire will have a small fee ranging from $0.02 to $0.05 depending on your membership.
2.6. GrandAdVerts is not responsible for referral activity and can't predict there clicks Avg, and by purchasing /renting referrals you are fully aware of that.
2.7. The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly. However, depending on the server load, they can be credited within 24 hours.
2.8. The amount of referrals is limited based on the referrer's membership. The users can see the limit in the referrals listing page and upgrade page.
2.9. Members must visit at least one advertisement a day, to receive revenue from their referrals.
2.10. As a member you should know that rented referrals are users that registered without upline or have been deleted by others members from theirs downline and have made over 45 clicks in the last 7 days
2.11. As a member you should know that rented referrals, and direct referrals you have can change theirs behaviour any time and stop clicking for different reasons such as : reached 1st or 2nd payment and got borred, died his / her cat, plane accident, car accident, and others ...
2.12. As a member you should know that Rented Referral that become inactive can be anytime recycle with another one active
2.13. As a member you should know that you agree not to be compensated by the loss of any referrals referred or purchased by inactivity which they maybe either deleted or suspended by inactivity
2.14. As a member you should know that you are never allowed to change your upline or your referral will "move" from your downline to another user.
2.15. As a member you should know that each membership have theirs direct / rented referral limit.
2.16. As a member you should know that you don't need to invest in rented referrals the money that you cannot afford to lose.
2.17. As a member you should know that you cannot rent referrals without a game plan.
2.18. As a member you should know that renting referrals isn't a get rich quick scheme.
2.19. As a member you should know that renting in a bulk without considerating the other points.
2.20. As a member you should know that all your referrals must be unique, have theirs owns e-mails, real names, etc.

 

3. Forum Usage
3.1. You have access to reading the Forum, except for private areas.
3.2. You can post in the forums after completing the registration process and logging in.
3.3. We do not tolerate racism, sexism or abusive comments from our members. Debates and discussions are fine, however we will not tolerate any rude attitudes, insults, meaningless inflammatory posts towards either our members or our staff.
3.4. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
3.5. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchange/requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics. Spamming the Forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links and instant messenger IDs is also prohibited.
3.6. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against GrandAdVerts and / or GrandAdVerts staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
3.7. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to GrandAdVerts, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered offensive and may lead to suspension of forum privileges.

 

4. Advertisements
4.1. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
4.2. It is recommended to view the advertisements via a computer connected to internet with unique IP.
4.3. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult, illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers or contain referral sales. Also, any advertisement that uses GrandAdVerts's name for any unrelated services is not allowed. Your advertised webpage must load within 10 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting multiple visits per second.
4.4. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.

 

5. Anti-Cheat Policy
5.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
5.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
5.3. You can't use anything that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you, including, but not limited to any software, plugin, script or autoclicker.
5.4. The end result to any attempts of piracy is account suspension.
5.5. Every attempt to create fake accounts will be logged and the gains from the fake accounts will be canceled.

 

6. Payments to Users
6.1. All payments will be made via Payza, PerfectMoney, Neteller, AdvCash, Bitcoin and Payeer. No other method of payment is available at this time. You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request to the other payment processors is equal to the value of the purchases you've made through them individually. In the event of equal most value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for the first processor you made your purechases with.
6.2. Payments will be processed in maximum 48 hours for Upgraded members.
6.3. The minimum amount paid is $5.00, there will be an increase of $1.00 for each next payment until it it reach a fixed minimum cashout of $10.00, a fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use.
6.4. You can only request one payment at one time, please note that maximum delay can reach upto 24 hours before payment get proceed and sent if there was an error with instant payment system.
6.5. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
6.6. Incase a payment sent and became pending, user must accept the payments made to their payment processor accounts in 30 calendar days or will have the payment canceled and it will not be refunded.
6.7. Your payment processor account must be fully functional and have no limitations for investment and/or withdrawals. Investments from limited or frozen payment processor accounts will be automatically denied. Withdrawals to limited or frozen accounts will be denied and will not be refunded to your GrandAdVerts's main balance. Also, be sure you request payment at the same account you used to deposit incase there was any.
6.8. Investors/None investors/Free Users can cashout via verified Payza & Payeer.
6.8.1 Only investors and Upgraded members who added funds with Perfect Money, Bitcoin, AdvCash, Neteller can request payments with Perfect Money, Bitcoin, AdvCash, Neteller. Non-investors who will request the payment with Perfect Money, Bitcoin, AdvCash, Neteller will be refunded into their account.
6.9. Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
6.10. Be sure to post your previous payment proof to receive any new one.
6.11. As a member you should know that after you withdraw your funds we ensure that you will receive your money within 7 business days (Mon-Fri) but could take upto 20 business days (Mon-Fri) in order to complete all the necesarely account verifications.
6.12. In your personal settings must be enrolled your full name. Only then can request a withdrawal your money

 

7. Payments to GrandAdVerts
7.1. All payments are to be made using the links available in the (My Account) section of GrandAdVerts.
7.2. All Payments made to GrandAdVerts through  PerfectMoney or Payeer doesn't need to be made from verified accounts and the payment will be accepted from unverified account.
7.2.1. All Payments made to GrandAdVerts through  Payza need to be made from verified accounts and the payment will be accepted from verified account.
7.3. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.

 

8. Refund Policy
8.1. Each member of GrandAdVerts.com benefit from a guarantee of 30 days. If during this period you are not completely satisfied with the quality  service from us, you can request and get back money paid in advance.
8.2. The following services are not included in the guarantee of 30 days:
8.2.1 The purchase of account upgrade is non-refundable.
8.2.2. The purchase of daily fixed ads packages or clicks for your advertisements are non-refundable.
8.2.3. The purchase of banners credits packages for your advertisements are non-refundable.
8.2.4. The purchase of purchase balance is non-refundable.
8.2.5. Refunds will not be given to accounts that have been canceled or suspended due to abuse of our services based on our terms of service.
8.2.6. If you received the 1st payment from GrandAdVerts.com, you are not qualified anymore to request your money back if you are not satisfied anymore of our services.

 

9. Account Suspension
9.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
9.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
9.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or use the same email addresses on a new account.
9.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 90 days of inactivity.
9.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.

 

10. Liability
10.1. GrandAdVerts will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to GrandAdVerts and therefore beyond our control.
10.2. GrandAdVerts reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
10.3. GrandAdVerts will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
10.4. GrandAdVerts is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
10.5. GrandAdVerts is not responsable for the investments you make.

 

11. Advertisement Claims
11.1. Due to the nature of the internet and the free service being offered, GrandAdVerts cannot verify advertised claims. Users of GrandAdVerts should use caution before entering information or paying for services advertised. GrandAdVerts recommends visiting FTC's Internet page and Consumer.gov to learn about the latest scams and ways to protect yourself.

 

12. Spam
12.1. Spam is not permitted. If your account has been found to be sending spam, it will be removed without notice. You will not be able to sign up again.
12.2. GrandAdVerts does not permit using the forum for sending advertisements. Members found using these services to send spam, ask users to join programs, bait members into asking for more information, or in any way using these services for promotion may find their access to the forum revoked. Repeated offenses will result account suspension and/or permanent banning.
12.3. We run family friendly websites. Anyone found to be abusing other members, or creating an environment that is not family friendly will be terminated.
